Useful information on air passengers' rights

Due to the complexity of air travels, it may happen that a flight gets cancelled or a long delay occurs (that’s why passengers may miss a connection flight) or passengers may be denied boarding although they have a valid ticket. These unexpected events could cause a very exposed situation for passengers. With regard to the above and the price of air tickets, air passengers are in need of a very serious and generally established protection for the embarrassing cases listed above. The condiztions of this special protection are laid down in 261/2004/EC Regulations of the European Community.
